Viewing Company Requirements Data:
Does Gatherspace.com ever view or use my requirements, use cases, or other data? No. Gatherspace.com will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as provided in the Gatherspace.com Master Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Master Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. Of course, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password.
We require customers who register to use the services offered on our Site (collectively, the “Service”) to give us contact information, such as their name, company name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. Customers can update or remove their personal information at any time by logging into the Website and editing their Personal Information within Setup or by sending an email to email@example.com requesting to remove all information. Customers can view their updated profile to confirm their edits have been made.
Gatherspace.com uses the information that we collect to set up the Service for individuals and their organizations. We may also use the information to contact customers to further discuss customer interest in our company and the Service that we provide. Customers can opt out of being contacted by us, or receiving such information from us, at any time by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Separately, customers are also asked to provide an email address when registering for the Service, in order to use our service. Gatherspace.com may also collect certain information from visitors to and customers of the Site, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer our Site in order to constantly improve the quality of the Service. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our visitors and customers and provide such information to third parties.
Opt-Out from Auto Charges:
Upon agreeing to the subscription agreement, your credit card will be charged automatically for the agreed amount and terms. Term will begin on the Effective Date and continue for the period of time specified in the initial Order Form. Thereafter, this Agreement will automatically renew for successive Terms, unless one of the parties gives written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then-current Term. To do this, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to make your request. Gatherspace shall provide Customer with no less than thirty (30) days prior written notice of the end of the term. Gatherspace reserves the right to increase the Fees applicable to any renewal term upon prior written notice to Customer.
When you interact with the gatherspace.com Website we strive to make that experience easy and meaningful. When you come to our Web site, our Web server sends a cookie to your computer. Cookies are files that Web browsers place on a computer’s hard drive and are used to tell us whether customers and visitors have visited the Site previously.

Information for testimonials are not collected on the site. They are only collected during actual correspondance between Gatherspace managers and customers with the permission of customers. If you do provide a testimonial, we will remove it upon request.
If you post a testimonial on this Web site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of this site, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit on this site.
